Jesus - Hope For A Broken Family

Her name is New. Her husband is a professional photographer, and they both come from a Buddhist family. Since her husband had gotten more money, he began to drink alcohol. They kept arguing about his drinking every day, and there was no peace in their family.

She prayed to her god to stop her husband from drinking alcohol and for the peace in her heart and her family, but nothing happened. Her husband drank more and sometimes hit her. Finally, she wanted to get a divorce.

At that time, a pastor and his wife visited her friend's house and shared about Jesus. Her friend invited her to listen with her. It was the first time she met a pastor and heard about Jesus. She heard about the love of Jesus and felt it was an amazing love. She began to cry with tears, and she confessed Jesus as her Lord and Saviour. She returned home with joy. She had peace.

When she met her husband, even though he was drunk, she hugged him and told him that she loves him so much. He was amazed because she did not complain or argue with him that day. She shared her testimony about how she has peace and love - the love of Jesus, the peace of Jesus. Then she invited that pastor and his wife to her house and shared about Jesus with her husband. After a month, her husband also confessed Jesus as his Lord.

They both were baptized on March 3, 2024. Praise the Lord!
