Our Priorities

FMWM-Asia aims, by God’s grace, to influence 1 million people toward Christ in the coming years.

To accomplish this goal, we prioritize church planting, disciple making, and leadership development.

Church Planting

Healthy churches provide the crucible for healthy disciples to grow. We need more churches! Churches, not marked by top-heavy structures or inward-focused self-preservation, but by simple passion for reaching those who don’t yet know Jesus. Churches that support the planting of new churches.

Making Disciples

Not satisfied with just making converts, we are called to make disciples. A disciple is one who is committed to becoming increasingly more like Jesus, a life-long journey. We press on toward the mobilization of every disciple to make disciples.

Leadership Development

Both to reach and to disciple 1 million new believers, we will need some 10,000 well-equipped leaders.

Our approach to leadership development is called Gethsemane Leadership Training (GLT). Gethsemane, the place where Jesus confirmed his full obedience to the Father, reminds us that Christian leadership requires obedience to Christ.

Leadership development through GLT involves church-based training modules and mentor-guided experience.
